We are pleased to announce the launch of the Faculty Innovation and Entrepreneurship Program (FIEP), an initiative by BioNEST-BHU aimed at promoting innovation-driven entrepreneurship and facilitating the translation of BHU faculty research into successful technology-based startups (spin-offs).

The program invites faculty members and students of Banaras Hindu University to submit innovative proposals that address important societal or industrial challenges through novel technological solutions with strong commercialization potential.

Following an initial screening, top 02 proposals from each sector (Biosciences/Biotechnology; Dairy, Food & Agriculture; Healthcare; and Environment and Energy; Others) will be invited to present their ideas before an expert evaluation committee comprising members from BioNEST-BHU and reputed Technology Business Incubators. The five most promising proposals, one from each sector will be selected for startup creation support & incubation at BioNEST-BHU.
